Taken inside one of the casinos at Las Vegas - Mandalay Bay. The Red Square restaurant, i thought was going to be really cool if they shared russian food. They weren't exactly doing that. More of a western mix. But it's kind of neat to have Lenin standing at the entrance, and the signage in Cyrillic. OK, clearly a hidden desire to visit the REAL red square in Moscow.

The Hoover Dam straddles between Nevada and Arizona, and dams up the Colorado River. I would have thought it to be MUCH larger, must be mistaking it for another dam. It's still alarming to see cranes perching off the sheer cliffs on either side of the canyon. They are constructing a new bridge across the river to get around the current situation, where traffic drives on top of the dam to get from Nevada to Arizona. A huge security issue post 9/11.
