Madonna of the Gate of Dawn: the Gate of Dawn is the remaining city gate that once surrounded Vilnius. In 1671, a chapel was built inside the Gate to house the city's sacred image - the Madonna of the Gate of Dawn. The Madonna is visible through the glass panels above the gate.
