Need to check myself: see two lovely books on Amazon that is now sitting in my cart. Hardcover coffee table books on animals by Tim Flannery - one's on extinct animals and the other's an account of extraordinary creatures. Argh... 40 bucks in total. Not too much right? Then again i just blew money on a plane ticket to NYC this morning. OK, i'll make the decision on the books this weekend when it's less impulse-buying. 
So many cool books, but so little money and time to read them. I've got gazillions to read at the moment, hot off the heels of Narnia.
