My Spring Break
I envision lots of bum sores and sleep debt.
26th (Sun) Out of SFO to LHR. Sleep debt 1. Flying eastwards shortens your day, which leads to really conked out body clock. A midday flight landing in the early morning (which is still late night back on the West Coast).
27th (Mon) Coach to Oxford. Bum numbing.
28th (Tue) No sleep again. Wee hour coach ride to Gatwick airport for early morning flight to Vilnius, Lithuania. (Sleep debt 2)
30th (Thu) Early morning coach from Vilnius to Riga, Latvia. Sleep debt 3. Grr. This is getting silly. 4 hours on the bus.
31st (Fri) Late night flight back to London. Followed by a saturday early morning 3 hr coach ride back to Oxford. Sleep debt 4. How to sleep on the bus?
1st (Sat) Arrive at the crack of dawn in Oxford. Probably end up with little sleep. Meeting up with friends in London later that day.
3rd (Mon) Early morning flight out back to SFO. Potentially disrupted sleep again. Need to get out. Sleep debt 5.
OK. 5 nights out of 8, i'm getting shortened (<7 hours) sleep. This is not good right.
I'm actually concerned about the jet lag. It's 8 hours (same with S'pore). Hmm... not good.
Have to get through a week of 3 dreadful exams first. Three.
