A good website for flying aficionados - SeatGuru.com. It lists the seating plans of various aircraft configurations of different airlines, giving you an idea which seats to choose and which to avoid, e.g. those near the lav. Really useful esp. when you are flying long-haul.

Another cool website that i like - Television Without Pity. It gives honest and brutal reviews of the hottest shows on American TV with each new episode.
