New stuff made today:
1. Using frozen rosti from the supermarket, fry it with canned tomato, sliced carrots and minced chicken (with spring onions) for a hearty simple meal.
2. Slow-cooking this soup at the moment. Contains the same minced chicken, rolled into balls, carrots, mushrooms, and crab sticks in chicken stock. Will see what comes out of it tomorrow morning after an overnight brew.
