I just had a thought that i wanted to put it down lest i forget.

Places that i would love to go (at this stage of my life) - in no order of preference:

1. Indochina (Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia)
2. Vladivostok and the eastern seaboard of Russia
3. Central Asia - the 'Stans' - great ancient city of Samarkand
4. Moscow and St Petersburg
5. Area around Chernobyl, Ukraine
6. Moldova

This list is populated by places that have either touched me in some form or other (usually through documentaries on media) or they hold some sway over me. I can't explain what the sway is, just like why the Czech Republic always has a special place in my heart. I can't explain it. (Reminds me: i really need to be SERIOUS about my czech learning)

I am grateful for my life experiences. I can't ask for more really.
