Right. Back on track. After a long 21 hour journey back from home to home2, and serious unpacking of boxes, i'm settled in once again. Some rooms look homely, others look utilitarian. I'm afraid mine's the latter. None of the associated clutter and junk that you would associate with a completely lived-in room. Mine looks more like pack and go. Which explains why i can pack up and unpack in 2 hours. HAHA.
Got onto the plane and had not entirely a great time. For some reason, the 7 hour flight felt long. Thankful for the stop-over, although i then had to endure another 7 hours. Food wasn't marvellous this time round, a shame. More horrors await in London. Took the train into city from the airport and teansferred on the tube. Packed like sardines, and i look out of place with my big bag. Hmm. Transferred onto another train for cam, and given that it's a sunday (ENGINEERING WORKS DAY), the train was not non-stop. Had to get off midway and transfer to a bus service. My poor luggage was subjected to multiple assaults on the staircase and pavements. BUT, i did get into home2. And i succeeded in preventing any sort of jet lag occurring this time round, by forcing myself to only go to bed at 10pm, even though i could have slept by 6pm.
So here i am. Back. With my complete schedule posted on the right, just to keep everyone updated.
