Screwed-up meal times:
I'm having odd meal times. Been doing this for 2 days in a row now. Breakfast at 8, early dinner at 6pm and another dinner at 10pm. Well, it's still 3 meals a day. HAHA.... just that lunch has shifted down so late, that it's really better off termed dinner. And the other dinner is so substantial, that i loathe to term it supper. So it's dinner too! Hee...
But it's fun. Trying these fish cakes from M & S, 3 for the price of 2. Had prawn and cod previously. Tonight it's salmon's turn. Will try the other ones... there's still haddock, tuna, crab etc... so experimenting with them with different starches is actually turning out to be a fun experiment.
Weather's still staying cold. Late blast of winter going strong. Although i'm hoping that the weather wouldn't disrupt my flight come the 20th. It'd better not.
Oh yes, frying cai4 xin1 with garlic too. Traditional home food, isn't it? HAHA... i'm good at this! (ok, i'm not. My cooking only surpass my own expectations, and it's never fit for consumption by others.) Just look at the raw food platter. Who else would eat that for lunch? Gosh, but i must state that i haven't repeated that since.
A weekend of work looms, but there's formal on tuesday, with the plant science part 2s... our 2nd formal of the year, aka drinks galore. Chatty, tonight aint i? Going bonkers, talking to myself. OK, at least i am not talking to my greens at the moment.

Yes, raw food platter was slightly scary. Somehow the consistency would be weird ... raw carrots and kiwi? Most adventurous! Not good to have lunch so late, but then again you need the calorie storage. =\ Mine are normal times, but with loads of extras in-between. Sigh. COFM tomorrow, I'm very worried. It feels odd not to study for it, and yet it can't really be studied.
