I am back. No signs of any jet-lagging. My methods work! 1. Go straight to the destination time when you board your aircraft, and work your sleep patterns around that. 2. No stimulants and alcohol on the flight. 3. No heavy meals. That should get you all perky and ready to face the day! Which i am.

Going to start work on my project writeup later this evening!
