This is beginning to feel like a repository of my essay titles. Here's essay number 2 for the year: "Discuss the extent to which plant biosynthetic pathways are compartmentalised." Trying to keep up with the piles of unread papers, scientists who have worked really hard to publish those papers, well.. thanks to you, i've got to read them now, to write some semblance of an essay. Grr...


It's a cloudy day. Miles and miles of dark cloud, with no blue sky in sight. Coupled with drizzly rain, this is not a good autumnal day. Ooh, it's elections day today. Bought a bottle of strong instant coffee from marks n spencer, will use that to drive me through tonight, while i watch the results. So, i have got quite a good collection of beverages at the moment. Coffee, tea, apple juice, milk, chrysanthemum tea, red date tea, green tea and cereals. Hmm, can open a cafe, a la Jacques! Doing badly on the food front though. BUT i must say i'm pleased to announce that the packet of Chocolate digestives i bought from marks n spencer is still untouched. Been sitting there for a few weeks, and i have not had the urge to open it. Which is good. Chocolate is a comfort food, which should only be taken during special circumstances. One of which, wink, wink!


Taking a break, by typing this. Then i shall marinate my salmon for dinner. Hmm, then carrot peeling. Then, back to essay planning. Lots to do!
