The fire alarm went off just now. For a moment, when the large shrill hits you, the thought that 'I set off the alarm' came to me. Of course, i wasn't doing anything illegal, but the alarm was so freaking loud. Realised that there's one of those alarms in my room. Next to the door. Cripes. At least the volume is loud enough to jolt me from sleep if i ever need to evacuate.


Topsy-turvy weather at the moment. Weather models are uncertain, as to what will happen in the next few days. Probably expecting a northerly wind, i.e. Cold. It may cause some showers, if there are fronts associated with it. Extent of showers is uncertain. There is a slim chance of snow though... which is much needed. Although, i doubt it will be, given our southerlyness. Mind you, there are parts of the country more south than where i am, good old London is down there. So... it can be worse.
