The Smile
The radio is tuned to BBC world. It's the news.
If you have listened to their programs, you would know that they have journalists covering the globe, and they will say 'This is the BBC from Beijing', 'This is the BBC from New York'. Earlier tonight, there have been numerous reports from India.

I started mimicking the newscaster in an inflected accent, 'This is the BBC from India'. Sister ignores, and continues reading her reader's digest for a second. Then she breaks into a smile. I wondered, why was she smiling? Can't have been my mimic. It must have been the article she's reading, prolly jokes. She wasn't.Sister is reading Reader's Digest article on AIDS epidemic.
Why did she smile while reading on the AIDS epidemic in Africa? I was shocked. And she was outraged. She was smiling at my imitation, albeit 1 second too late for the misunderstanding to arise. You are mocking me again!
